The club meets at Dyfed Road Baths, Neath, where we train from 8.15pm until 9.15pm every Thursday evening. Newcomers are more than welcome to join us and take the plunge for a try-dive.

The pool provides the ideal environment for novices to perfect those newly learned skills, and even for experienced members to refresh themselves.

The training sessions are also an ideal time to test out those new bits of kit that members just can't wait to try, although there might be the odd remark if someone turns up in a dry-suit.

Try dives cost £5, and include a quick introduction talk followed by an hours tuition in the shallows of the pool with one of our experienced (and friendly) instructors. It may not be deep but it's often enough to get bitten by the bug.

Of course no training session would be complete without a 'decompression stop' at Neath Rugby Club afterwards.
