Well if your here then I guess your feeling a little lost / confused / bewildered / dumb-founded ?? - I hope not but just incase here's how to get the best out of this site....

The site looks the same as the last time I saw it?

Content on the site doesn't always change on a daily (or even sometimes weekly ) but if you haven't been here for a while and things look the same, just try clicking your browser's Refresh button. Especially if you've got the site bookmarked, and visited that way.

The site looks too small / big in my browser?

The site was designed to be best viewed with Internet Explorer 5 or better. Mainly because about 80% of people on the Internet use it, and it already comes with Windows 95+.

It also looks better at 800x600 resolution. If your seeing this in the top left of your screen then your resolution is probably 1024x768 (and the text may be a little on the small side).

To change the resolution of your screen just follow these few simple steps (for Windows users):

1. Click on your START button > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL

2. Double-click on the icon called DISPLAY

3. Next click on the tab labelled SETTINGS - you should now see a picture of a monitor, and at the bottom of the window should be a 'slider' called SCREEN AREA.

4. Move the SCREEN AREA slider to the left to decrease your resolution (to 800x600) > then click OK. Your monitor will flick off, then back on and things should look a little better.

If you want to put your resolution back to the higher setting, just follow steps 1-4 again - but move the slider to the right for step 4.

N.B. If you do find the text a little hard to read - in Internet Explorer if you click on VIEW > TEXT SIZE and choose from the options which suits you best. The site looks 'normal' on the medium setting.

Navigating the site?

All of the navigation for the site is located on the black bar along the top of the screen. This should always be visible, and means that you should be able to access any of the main sections of the site from anywhere within the site itself.

The options will change according to the section, but there will always be a link to this page and the homepage.

Apologies for any inconvenience but this site was designed to the most popular settings used on the Internet so far, and to accommodate as many people as possible.
